Delivery

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing reliable delivery and tracking for your order.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times are usually 2–3 working days from dispatch, although this may vary slightly during busy periods.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in the original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

If your original order included a delivery charge, this will be refunded in line with your statutory rights. If your order was sent with free delivery, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
